Job Description

Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support to drive organizational success. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, facilitating communication, promoting employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that support the organization's goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and identify HR priorities to support them.
  2. Provide guidance and support to management on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  3. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business goals and drive employee engagement and retention.
  4. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Act as a change agent within the organization, championing HR initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
  6. Coach and mentor managers on effective leadership practices and HR policies and procedures.
  7. Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and facilitate group discussions.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Mode: Hybrid

Working Day: Tuesday - Saturday
