Overview

Cubic Fitness Group is seeking aHR Managerwith extensive experience in fullscope Human Resources, Recruitment, People Operations, and HR Compliance. This role will oversee HR operations formultiple companies under the Cubic Group, including The Cubic Fitness Company Limited and Cubic Emsphere Company Limited, as well as support future business expansion across new Cubic and GymX locations.

We are looking for a highly capable HR leader who can manage HR strategy, people development, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and organizational growth initiatives with professionalism, accuracy, and strong ownership.

Fluent English is a must, as you will work closely with foreign executives, partners, and crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Oversee and lead the entire HR function across Cubic and its associated brands.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems to support business growth.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead fullcycle recruitment for all positions, including management and specialized roles.
  • Build strong hiring pipelines and improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
  • Support workforce planning for new club openings and expansion projects.

3. People Operations & Employee Experience

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Supervise probation reviews, performance evaluations, and HR operational workflows.
  • Drive a positive workplace culture and resolve employee relations issues proactively.

4. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee monthly payroll processes including salary, OT, bonuses, social security, and tax compliance.
  • Ensure accurate management of benefits, welfare programs, and attendance systems.

5. Compliance & Government Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies across all branches.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external partners on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR documentation and employee records.

6. Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Lead internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Support company events, training activities, and organizational development projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 710+ years of HR experience, withat least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managingfullscope HR operationsand leading recruitment across multiple business units.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving ability, high attention to detail, and strong ownership mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in fastgrowing, multilocation businesses is an advantage.

Working day: Mon - Fri09.00 - 18.00
