Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to scale our Thailand business. This role is heavily focused on Talent Acquisition (70%), driving high-volume retail hiring and critical corporate roles, while 30% of the role will manage HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and enjoys building teams from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Thailand for store, operations, support, and leadership roles.
- Drive bulk and ramp hiring for new store launches and business expansion.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and timelines.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and local networks.
- Manage employer branding efforts to strengthen Lenskart's presence in the Thailand talent market.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Track and report key TA metrics including TAT, hiring quality, cost per hire, and funnel conversion.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive retail markets.
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and basic grievance handling.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and dashboards.
- Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as an HR partner to Thailand business leaders and store leadership.
- Work closely with the SEA and regional HR teams to align processes and policies.
- Support change management during rapid expansion and new store rollouts
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 68 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Proven experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
- Hands-on exposure to high-volume / bulk hiring and frontline retail roles.
- Working knowledge of Thailand labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficient in ATS, HR systems, Excel, and recruitment analytics.
Preferred
- Experience supporting store expansion or greenfield setups.
- Exposure to regional or international HR teams.
- Fluency in Thai and English preferred.
