HR Specialist – Thailand

• About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Thailand entity.

The role will cover recruitment, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, compliance and HR administration.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Handle employment contracts, policy briefings and employee documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records and overtime calculations
• Support payroll, social security and personal income tax (PIT) processes
• Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and local employment regulations
• Drive end-to-end recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks and offer management
• Handle employee relations, probation evaluations and workplace concerns
• Maintain HR policies, employee records and documentation
• Coordinate with China HQ on HR operations and reporting
• Support employee engagement, team-building activities and corporate culture initiatives

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll or HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law
• Knowledge of Social Security and PIT compliance
• Strong understanding of the Thailand talent market and recruitment channels
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred
• Fluent Thai + Chinese is mandatory as professional working languages according to the JD
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• fluent Mandarin

• Experience working with a Chinese enterprise in Thailand
• Experience with Thailand recruitment channels
• Experience supporting multinational/cross-border teams
• Knowledge of BOI policies and employment regulations
