Information Technology Manager

Revomed, (https://www.revomed.co.th/) manufacturing company a subsidiary of BioActive Plus, is seeking a seasoned and hands-on The IT Manager, who responsible for leading and managing the Company's IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, applications, data, and technology operations to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient business support.

The role will partner closely with business functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, and Management to optimize business processes through technology, strengthen data governance, and drive digital transformation in support of the Company's growth and IPO readiness.

Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business growth and operational priorities.
• Lead IT team, budget, vendors, and technology partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

• Oversee networks, servers, cloud, hardware, software, backup, and IT support.
• Ensure cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs, and controls in compliance with company requirements and PDPA.

Business Systems & Digitalization

• Manage ERP and key business applications across Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions.
• Lead system implementation, integration, enhancement, and process automation.
• Support manufacturing digitalization, inventory/warehouse systems, traceability, and operational reporting.

Data & Management Reporting

• Establish data governance and ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to support data-driven decision-making.

IT Projects & Governance

• Lead IT projects from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage vendors, contracts, service levels, budgets, and project timelines.
• Ensure IT controls and documentation support audit and future IPO readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in an IT Manager / leadership role.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, ERP/business systems, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP, cloud, system integration, data/BI, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Good command of English is preferred.
