Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key modern trade accounts (e.g., HomePro, Thai Watsadu, Global House, and other strategic retail partners).
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term business growth and partnership.
  • Lead negotiation of trading terms, joint business plans, and promotional activities for home and kitchen product categories.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement trade promotions, in-store campaigns, and merchandising activities.
  • Ensure product availability, optimal shelf visibility, and compliance with brand standards at customer outlets.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic account plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably in modern trade within home & living, furniture, or electrical appliances.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
  • Good understanding of retail business, consumer behavior, and modern trade dynamics.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
