As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner with the assigned business units and corporate functions. You will work closely with business leaders to align people's strategies with business priorities, strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and support sustainable business performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into practical people and organizational strategies
- Provide advice on workforce, organization, leadership, talent, and people management matters
- Lead or support organization design, restructuring, workforce planning, workforce optimization, and change management
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and calibration
- Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, HR policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Provide recommendations on salary reviews, promotions, incentives, recognition, and other reward-related matters
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, shared services, country HR teams, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated people solutions
- Support regional, international, and enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including process improvements and digital HR solutions
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- HR-related professional certification is an advantage
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable people advisory role
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and management teams
- Solid experience in organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee relations
- Experience in a multinational, regional, or matrix organization is preferred
- Exposure to international HR operations or cross-border workforce support is an advantage
- Good command of English communication (TOEIC score 700 and above.)
