Description

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics to improve ROI and drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Monitor and report on performance trends to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance marketing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
