About the Role: Based in Bangkok and reporting to the Account Director, this role serves as the central operational leader for a major global brand account. The position requires managing the end-to-end execution of projects while establishing client trust through an analytical understanding of their industry, business needs, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive digital and social media campaigns from initial scoping through final execution to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Formulate project parameters, project estimates, deliverables, schedules, and resource distribution models.
  • Coordinate internal review systems and manage SMA submission timelines to maintain production pacing.
  • Utilize software tools, specifically Workfront, to analyze team availability, assign workloads, and optimize operational capabilities.
  • Function as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders, building professional relationships through transparent, proactive, and concise communications.
  • Streamline client feedback for creative teams while managing external expectations regarding deliverables, adjustments, and timelines.
  • Monitor performance indicators and deliverables to early identify potential project bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies.
  • Contribute to high-quality agency presentations, clearly conveying strategic perspectives and workflows to client audiences.
  • Work alongside strategic and creative divisions to embed platform-specific insights across channels including Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Partner with operational, legal, media, and financial departments to standardize procedures and align all output with compliance parameters.
  • Implement insights from historical campaigns to consistently refine cross-functional workflows and operational setups.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in project management or joint account management, with professional experience in digital marketing, social-first agencies, or e-commerce enabler systems highly preferred.
  • Broad understanding of social media culture and organic audience metrics, with experience in commercial platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada considered an asset.
  • Practical expertise in budgeting, project scoping, milestone scheduling, contract generation, and the utilization of resource platforms like Workfront.
  • Proven ability to maintain operational focus and adapt seamlessly within high-pressure, fast-moving agency environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to accurately decode complex feedback between client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Professional bilingual fluency in English and Thai is strongly preferred to accurately serve the nuances of the local target market.
