Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, aligned with organization's goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competition
• Build minimum viable products (MVPs) to test and validate the concepts based on user feedback or market research
• Gather and analyze requirements/feedback from stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including internal team and customers
• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
• Define and prioritize product features and releases, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure the success and impact of product releases
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, economics, or related field
• At least 7 years work experience in information technology area
• Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Understand in technical knowledge on OS, web server, application server, database, and IBM AS400, data communication, system architecture, programming, project management, cloud, mobile technologies, and web technologies
• Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent in analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, coordination skill, and leadership skill
