IT Project Manager

Role Overview

Manage IT and digital projects while overseeing the day-to-day work and progress of team members. Coordinate stakeholders, monitor project delivery, and provide guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT and digital projects from planning through implementation and closure.
• Oversee team members project progress, workload, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Review project plans, status updates, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate and support team members in resolving project issues, risks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Consolidate project updates and provide visibility on overall project progress to the manager.
• Support resource coordination and prioritization across team projects.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Share project management knowledge and best practices with team members and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-3 Years of Experience in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating or overseeing project team members.
• Experience managing cross-functional IT or digital projects.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.
