We are looking for an experienced sales account manager to be based in Malaysia for our IT Resourcing, Professional Services & IT Projects Business in Malaysia & Singapore. Responsible to support our expanding client portfolio and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of sales account manager include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.
To be successful as a sales account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of IT Services including IT Resourcing & Professional services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing account and expanding relationships for long term success.
- Establishing & maintaining good client relationships
- Collaborating with delivery team to fulfil client requirements
- Guiding and aligning the delivery team to meet client requirements and service quality
- Managing the resources end to end in the delivery lifecycle
- Tracking and achieving account targets
- Market intelligence gathering and reporting
- Track, maintain & report regular account progress & transactions
Requirements
- Graduate or above in any discipline
- Proven minimum experience of 5-8 yrs in sales and account management in IT Services & Staffing services in Malaysia
- Extensive customer service and engagement experience
- Good overall knowledge if IT industry and recent trends in Malaysia
- Knowledge in CRM software and MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical ability and time management skills
