Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Manager / Account Manager plays a critical role in executing the Company's aggressive growth strategy across enterprise and wholesale customers in Thailand. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle in a highly competitive environment.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships while consistently delivering revenue results.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth within assigned enterprise and/or wholesale accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Execute sales strategies and account plans defined by the Sales Director to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline to support aggressive growth objectives.

Account Management & Customer Expansion

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key enterprise and wholesale customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion to increase wallet share.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or commercial matters.

Market Development & Networking

  • Proactively identify and penetrate new market segments, industries, and customer groups.
  • Build strong professional networks with decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Sales Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Solutions, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
  • Support the Sales Director in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial justifications for complex deals.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and post-sales teams.

Sales Operations & Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and Oracle NetSuite, including pipeline, forecasts, and customer data.
  • Provide timely sales updates, forecasts, and activity reports as required.
  • Adhere to internal sales policies, approval processes, and governance requirements.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of customer business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 36 years of sales or account management experience, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience managing enterprise and/or wholesale customers with medium to long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and resilient sales mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance accountability.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
