Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Studio Ezube's architecture and interior design services. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met. The role also involves tracking market trends, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and consultative selling within interior design, real estate, or related industries.
  • Ability to prepare persuasive proposals, deliver effective presentations, and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM or similar tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Understanding of architecture and interior design services, project workflows, and basic technical terminology (prior experience in AEC or design firms preferred).
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on ethical, solution-oriented selling and long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating closely with design, project, and leadership teams; willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
