Senior Manager, Compensation Benefits (Retail)

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead nationwide rewards initiatives and oversee payroll governance for our rapidly expanding retail network. This role is responsible for shaping our total rewards strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, and driving employee retention through attractive compensation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Framework

• Develop and execute annual C&B strategies, including salary structures, grading systems, and incentive plans.
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness by leading annual salary benchmarking.
• Design and manage performance-linked rewards, such as bonus.

Budgeting & Analysis

• Manage nationwide manpower budgets and personnel cost forecasting.
• Conduct deep-dive labor cost analysis and provide data-driven insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Oversee ROI on benefits programs to ensure cost-efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Payroll Governance & Compliance

• Oversee payroll operations for a high-volume workforce to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all compensation policies and practices strictly adhere to Thai Labor Law and company regulations.
• Lead the optimization and maintenance of HRIS systems related to C&B data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 7-10+ years of experience in C&B, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in Retail, FMCG, or Logistics industries (handling high-volume headcount).
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
