Role Purpose
We are seeking self-motivated Senior Manager, Healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Bangkok, Thailand. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.
This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.
About the Role
- Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results
- Participate in the strategies and business plans for the growth of the Healthcare business in Thailand region and ensure local strategies are in line with global and regional directions
- Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
- Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
- Demonstrate strong supervisory skills, i.e. time management, feedback on performance and behavior, conduct performance reviews.
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, marketing our services with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services.
- Cohesively working with company management closely to identify market opportunities and insights for discussion
- Assume responsibility for growing a pipeline of business and executing that pipeline
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain relationships at senior levels
- Manage the team from goal setting, business development and people management to the output of the department and development of key processes to ensure the highest level of productivity is achieved for the assigned tasks
- Lead, coach, manage and mentor the team
- Support the overall direction and enforce accountability when standards are not met
