Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and internal departments to support smooth sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, sales reports, and presentations.
- Support marketing initiatives through market research and customer insights.
- Monitor customer payments and assist in resolving billing and collection issues.
- Manage customer orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
- *Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and a clear career goal in sales are welcome to apply. *
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and international logistics will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
