Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Sales Director – Health & Wellness to lead business growth across the health beverage and supplement category, including vitamin drinks, functional beverages, and wellness products. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding distribution channels, and leading new business development initiatives to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels (modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce, and B2B).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and gross profit (GP) objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize sales performance.
Business Development & Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Health & Wellness sector.
- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive successful expansion of both offline and online sales channels.
Channel & Distribution Management
- Strengthen and expand distribution networks nationwide and/or regionally.
- Build strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and online platforms.
- Optimize channel mix to maximize market penetration and ROI.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and performance expectations aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Utilize CRM systems and sales technologies to enhance pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Ensure effective forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning processes.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- At least 5–10 years in leadership/people management roles.
- Proven experience in Health & Wellness industry, including: Vitamin drinks/ Functional beverages/ Dietary supplements/ Healthy drink products
- Strong track record in:
- New business development
- Channel expansion (offline & online)
- Sales growth and market penetration
