As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our end-to-end supply chain and support sustainable business growth.

Your Mission

Lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer service.

2. Production Planning & Delivery Management

Ensure effective production planning, material availability, and on-time delivery while maintaining high planning accuracy.

3. Procurement & Supplier Management

Develop strategic supplier partnerships to improve quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness.

4. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Optimize inventory levels, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy while minimizing stock aging and excess inventory.

5. Planning & Capacity Management

Align production capacity, material planning, and sales forecasts to support business growth and operational efficiency.

6. Logistics, Budget & Cost Management

Manage logistics operations, departmental budgets, and supply chain costs through data-driven analysis to improve delivery efficiency, cost control, and overall profitability.

7. People Management & Development

Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and continuous development.

8. Safety & Compliance

Ensure warehouse and logistics operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable standards.

9. Executive Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor supply chain performance, analyze key business metrics, and provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who can optimize supply chain operations, develop people, and support business growth through effective planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, warehouse, or logistics, including management experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, data analysis, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proven leadership with the ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
