Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring across multiple locations.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
- Ensure strong offer-to-join conversion.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business teams to fulfil hiring requirements.
- Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
- Proven expertise in volume hiring, sourcing, and closures.
- BFSI/NBFC experience preferred.
