We are representing a leading international logistics and transportation company in searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic customer relationships in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners

• Develop sales strategies and execute business development plans

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while driving new revenue streams

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or related industries

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
