Your Tasks
Drive growth and expansion of Güntner's commercial and industrial refrigeration business in Thailand (and Laos) by building direct end-user relationships, acquiring new customers, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen brand preference and market penetration.

- Business Development & Strategy
- Proactively identify and develop new or underdeveloped end-user segments (food processors, cold storage operators, logistics companies, retail/convenience chains)
- Define and implement business development strategies in alignment with the Sales Manager and regional management
- Market & Customer Management
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity
- Acquire new end-users and strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
- Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships through full project lifecycle engagement — from first contact through plant/site completion
- Sales & Technical Engagement
- Lead sales activities, including presentations, site visits, meetings, and negotiations
- Gather and clarify customer technical requirements for refrigeration/heat exchanger systems
- Provide consulting support during proposal stages and coordinate customized technical solutions with engineering teams
- Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (application engineering, project management, service, and leadership) to ensure successful project delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user technical inquiries
- Optimize sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement of business performance
- Additional Responsibilities
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical foundation with understanding of refrigeration/heat exchanger systems and their process applications is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of B2B and B2C sales, business development, or technical sales experience — HVAC/R, industrial equipment, or related industry preferred.
- Existing or developing sales network within relevant end-user industries (cold chain, F&B, retail/convenience, logistics) is a strong plus.
- A result-driven hunter with a can-do attitude — thinks strategically but acts with the speed and ownership of an entrepreneur.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English is essential.
- Must be a strong team player and customer-oriented professional with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
