Financial Controller
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across OPEX, CAPEX and cash flow.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital and funding requirements.
- Oversee treasury and banking operations, including bank accounts, payments and intercompany transactions.
- Manage debt schedules, financing costs, repayments and financial covenant monitoring.
- Strengthen financial controls, month-end closing and compliance.
- Monitor CAPEX/OPEX vs. budget and identify key variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries, Accounting, Audit, banks and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Financial Control, FP&A, Treasury or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow management skills.
- Experience in debt financing, intercompany transactions and financial controls.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure or project-based businesses is a plus.
