Job Description
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions partners with business leaders and employees across Thai Union's global corporate functions to support the delivery of people initiatives aligned with business priorities. The role works closely with leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), Shared Services, and local HR teams to support key HR processes including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change initiatives. The HRBP serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping build organizational capability and positive employee experience across a global and diverse workforce.

Reports To: Senior HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support people-related priorities.
- Provide HR guidance on organizational changes, team effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives across assigned functions.
Organization Development & Employee Engagement
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to drive change management, team effectiveness, and organizational capability.
- Work with stakeholders to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and follow up on action plans to enhance the employee experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and leadership practices.
Performance & Talent Management
- Facilitate performance management, talent reviews, and talent calibration processes.
- Support succession planning and the identification of critical roles and key talent.
- Partner with managers on employee development, career planning, and retention strategies.
- Contribute to building leadership pipelines and strengthening organizational capability through effective talent management.
Employee Relations, HR Operations & Analytics
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, and workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of people practices.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns and promote a positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Monitor people metrics and leverage workforce data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with HR teams to ensure efficient HR service delivery and continuous enhancement of HR processes and employee experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering or generalist experience.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a multinational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country environments including emerging markets.
