About the Role
The HR Planning Team Lead will drive HR planning and key people initiatives to support the company's continued growth in Thailand. The role will lead HR Planning & Policy, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management, while partnering with site HR teams and business leaders to strengthen workforce planning, organizational development, and scalable HR processes across a growing multi-site organization.
What You'll Do
1. HR Planning & Policy Management
- Lead workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and HR budgeting in alignment with business needs
- Develop and enhance HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Drive consistency and standardization of HR practices across business sites and functions
- Establish HR operating guidelines, approval processes, and internal controls
- Lead HR policy communication, implementation, and organizational change initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor laws and company policies
2. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Lead annual salary review, compensation planning, and related remuneration processes
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, job grading, and salary frameworks
- Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support competitive and equitable practices
- Review and enhance employee benefits, welfare programs, and incentive schemes
- Support incentive and bonus plan administration
3. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Establish performance management processes and frameworks
- Support talent identification, succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Develop retention strategies for key and high-potential talent
- Support organizational design, workforce restructuring, and organizational development initiatives
4. HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Lead initiatives to enhance HRIS, HR processes, and workforce data management
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll, attendance, employee data, and other HR processes
- Drive HR process automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement
5. Site HR Partnership
- Partner with site HR teams and business leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and policies
- Provide leadership & guidance to site HR teams on key HR planning & people management
- Clarify roles and responsibilities between central HR and site HR functions
- Promote consistent employee life cycle practices across locations, including on-boarding, promotion, employee relations, and off-boarding
6.HR Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Develop HR KPIs, workforce dashboards, and management reporting
- Analyze workforce trends, labor costs, turnover, and other key people metrics
- Translate HR data into actionable insights to support business and management decisions
7. Global Mobility & Expatriate Support
- Manage expatriate mobility programs, ensuring effective administration of relocation, immigration, housing, and on-boarding support for expatriate employees
What You'll Need
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in HR Planning and related areas(Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Talent Management)
- Fluency in both Thai and English is required
- HR experience working in multinational company(logistics or related industries) is preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior global business leaders
