Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from planning through to completion.
We are looking for a Project Manager to contribute towards Getinge Thailand organization and develop After Sales Service and Installation department. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing excellent service installation to customer.
Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include
- Plan, coordinate and supervise site installation of OR Hybrid and CSSD equipment, including sterilizers, washer and related utility infrastructure.
- Work closely with sales representative, engineers, subcontractors and client for project implementation and troubleshooting.
- Support the estimation and planning of installation costs and schedules.
- Monitor on-site activities, solve technical issues, and ensure compliance with hospital safety standards.
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Medical Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospital construction or installation project involving OR Hybrid, CSSD or medical utilities.
- Familiar with installation of systems such as medical gas, electrical, data network, and ceiling pendants in OR settings.
- Experience in basic cost estimation and BoQ preparation for installation work.
- Able to read technical drawings and MEB layouts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and S-Curve.
- Strong coordinate and on-site management skills.
Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience installing OR Hybrid systems or integrating medical equipment in operation rooms.
- Understanding of hospital commissioning and validation processes.
- Engineering license is plus.
- Self-motivated with potential to grow into a senior project role.
In this role, you maybe required to travel up to 80% to visit customers, support field work, construction site across Thailand.
