Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Review resumes, conduct phone/virtual screenings, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.

• Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related events.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
