Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in Thailand and Vietnam. This role will focus on expanding market presence through strategic partnerships, account management, and customer satisfaction, while identifying new business opportunities in a rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients and partners through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting solutions across categories including Excess, PPV, Global Services, and Shortages.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the electronic components distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, distribution processes, and product application.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
